These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Blog Writing Plugin WordPress plugin and any related dashboard, licensing, or support services (together, the "Service"), provided by Blog Writing Plugin ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a subscription, installing the plugin, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Blog Writing Plugin is a WordPress plugin that generates draft blog content — including titles and body copy — using AI, based on inputs you provide (topic, tone, length, and any extra instructions). Generated content is always created as a draft or inserted into a post you are actively editing; the Service does not publish content automatically.
2. Accounts and license keys
Access to the Service requires an active subscription and a valid license key. You are responsible for keeping your license key and account credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing periods, and devices
Subscriptions are sold in fixed billing periods (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and licensed for a specific number of connected devices (1 to 6), as selected at checkout. A "device" means one active WordPress installation using your license key at a given time.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate for your selected plan, unless cancelled before renewal.
- You may change your device count or billing period at any time; changes take effect at your next renewal unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Using the Service on more devices than your plan allows may result in older connections being deactivated automatically.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates our Fair Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the topics, instructions, and final published content you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership over drafts generated for your account.
6. Intellectual property
The plugin software, its code, design, and branding are owned by Blog Writing Plugin and licensed to you for use as permitted by these Terms. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin itself without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated drafts may contain inaccuracies, and we recommend reviewing all content before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, original, or suitable for every purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blog Writing Plugin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including content published without adequate review.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period (see our Refund Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
